This is such a simple meal and incredibly healthy.
*All ingredients from Trader Joe's
1) Frozen Mojito Salmon
2) Bag of baby spinach (sauteed with onions, olive oil, salt and pepper)
3) Brown Rice
I went to Trader Joes for the first time today in years! I am never looking back! Love you, and love this blog. Not only because it makes me feel connected to you, but also because you say awesome things. Like, go to Trader Joes, it probably changed my life.
