Nothin' like chicken, potatoes and corn to make you feel at home!
Rosemary-Garlic Chicken
Top chicken breasts with olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh rosemary sprigs, salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Place corn in cold water and turn heat on high. When the water begins to boil, the corn is done.

Boil chopped, unpeeled potatoes until soft.
Mash with fork.
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
