Health Tip: Digestive Health

Did you know that 70% of your immune system is in/around your "gut"? In other words, your digestive system is the most important aspect of your immune system.

Just wanted to share 2 digestive system supporters that you can easily incorporate to your routine.


Kombucha tea (can be found in most grocery stores)

Kefir cultured milk (can be bought at Trader Joe's)

I've been drinking both at least 3 times per week and have noticed a huge difference in my digestion and have not even had a cold this flu season.

  1. love BOTH of those....although I have never seen Kombucha in hot tea form...just the cold...have you ever had that kind? smells terrible but tastes amazing. also I WISH there was a trader joes around me but yes I still love kefir and so does my baby...I just put it in a bottle for meals on the go

      I would LOVE to try it cold but I've never heard of that? Where do you get it? Or do you make it? I need to figure out a way to get Graham to eat kefir! He is kind of opposed :)
