It's What's for Dinner: Sauteed sweet potatoes


Our oven has been broken for 4 weeks so I am getting good at sauteing things that I normally bake.
Here's one:

Saute thinly sliced sweet potatoes with olive oil, crushed garlic and salt for about 10 minutes.
Delicious!

  2. do you eat the skins then?! I've never thought to do them this way ... but we love sweet potatoes!!

  3. Yes, you can eat the skins this way! You hardly notice them but I'm sure they'd be yummy peeled too if you prefer!
